Technical Sales People - Kansas City, Dallas and Atlanta

The outside sales professionals for the ENPRO branch offices represent a dynamic blend of roles that satisfy crucial needs for the company. To help the company fulfill its goals, these people must work efficiently as well as effectively at both selling and customer service.  They provide enormous value to the team in several fundamental ways:

  • The outside sales people call on current ENPRO customers to generate additional sales for the company while also acting as service representatives.  This helps secure the customer relationships for future business while achieving immediate revenues.
  • These sales professionals create new business by contacting prospective customers, visit them, relate with them, understand their uniqueness compared to other customers, and win their business as well as their loyalty.  This becomes the company growth.
  • They act as the barometer for the branch and the corporate headquarters as far as the local market conditions.  They procure information/knowledge that the entire ENPRO team can use to make plans, adjust them, and respond to the market quicker than any competitor.
  • They build the image in the market place for the company.  Their appearance, demeanor, and work quality strengthen the relationship between the company and its customers.
  • They add tremendous support to the inside staff of the branch.  This person adds energy and information to the branch team, especially the branch manager and the CRM.
